Led strategic efforts for successful greenfield start-up operation and focused factory for liquid filtration media and devices used in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, where filtration products are used in the production of COVID-19 treatments. Managed cross-functional teams focused on Construction Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Information Technology, ERP Systems, Safety, Human Resources and led steering committee for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

• Set-up project management office utilizing superior consultative skills, lean tools and technologies; fostered process excellence and strategies to accelerate the construction and procurement of equipment for a rapid plant start-up operation
