  • Led organizational transformation by coaching, mentoring, and training process owners, technology developers, contractors, suppliers, stakeholders, and steering committee members to ensure compliance with project deliverables, key milestones, budgets, and customer expectations.

  • Facilitated weekly steering committee meetings with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to review program status, highlight accomplishments, share insights from planning retrospectives, identify and mitigate project risks, and remove impediments—ensuring on-time launches and strategic alignment with the enterprise’s vision.

  • Led a successful start-up during the height of COVID-19 by navigating a series of unique challenges, particularly around managing constraints and mitigating supply chain risks to achieve an on-time launch while maintaining costs within budget. 

  • Success demanded a strategic approach in several key areas of supply chain diversification, agile planning and forecasting, clear communications with stakeholders, cost control and financial flexibility, technological solutions, cross-functional team collaboration, and stringent scenario planning initiatives given the uncertainty of the pandemic.

  • Mapped current state processes and value streams to create a future state business and manufacturing model for the new greenfield operation.

  • Applied Lean/Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and the Scrum framework to streamline and redesign technology platforms, business processes, and manufacturing workflows, aligning the organization’s operations with its expanding footprint to achieve operational excellence.

  • Led User Interface (UI) testing to ensure new products and features met functional requirements and aligned with customer expectations.

  • Supported market positioning efforts highlighting consumer perceptions regarding their brands and products relative to competitors for differentiation and value creation.

  • Provided end-to-end visibility into project health to meet planned start-up dates and objectives

  • Increased client’s production capacities and capabilities by 40 percent by driving key enterprise and global operating initiatives.
